How to register In order to participate in our online auction you are kindly requested to first register yourself. It is obligatory that you have reached majority. You can register by giving us your email-adress which is protected by a password of your choice. This enables you to log yourself safely in. With your registration you accept the conditions of sale of Kunsthandel Klefisch Ltd. Our system recognizes you by your email-address and your password. Probably you should write down your email-address and your password to prevent problems in future. REGISTER YOURSELF HERE If you are already registered in our system and you forgot your password, you can use this link to get a new password by email. Please enter in our password recovery form your email-address and our system will send you a new password by email. Click here to get our password-recovery formular How to place a bid All prices are in €, for foreign transfers the exchange rate of the first working day after the end of the auction is valid. The minimum price is given, the bidding goes in intervals of 1 €, beyond 100 € goes in intervals of 5 €. If you leave a much higher maximum bid our system only uses it to overbid another given bid. Your maximum bid stays anonymus. Your bids are immediately incorporated into the system. In case of several identical bids the first one is valid. At the end of each auction wins the highest bid. The Commission for the buyer is 25% of the final sale price. For residents of non-EU countries, the German VAT omitted for shipping by us, and so the addition is only 15%, but we charge a lump sum of 10 € for the export documents (but not for Cites!) plus other Shipping. Bids cannot be cancelled. Placing a bid contains an obligation for payment in case of successful bidding. In case of any further questions don´t hesitate to contact us at auctions@klefisch.com., in case of technical problems please contact: techsupport@klefisch.com. The end of each auctions is automatic. Bids arriving too late cannot be accepted. The end of our auction is defined by the local time of our server. Shortly after the auction all winning participants are informed automatically by email, the according invoice is included. In case of system failure or other technical problems Kunsthandel Klefisch Ltd. may prolong the auction, cancel it or start it again. Kunsthandel Klefisch Ltd. can not be responsible for any damage or loss based on such technical problems. Shipping costs Upon request we ship the purchased goods following your instructions (airmail, insurance?). The shipping costs depend on the number of lots, size, weight and insurance. The invoice for shipping is sent individually by either email or fax. Upon full payment the goods are shipped immediately. Restitution The buyer has the right to return purchased goods in their original state within 14 days after receipt, if she/he is not pleased with them. Books are exempted from this right. Upon receipt of returned goods Kunsthandel Klefisch Ltd. refunds the auction price including commission but not the shipping costs. Others Kunsthandel Klefisch Ltd. is the owner of all pages of this website. All texts and pictures are for exclusive personal use. Any commercial use, any reproduction and further publishing is prohibited. Texts and pictures are the property of Kunsthandel Klefuisch Ltd. or others stated such and are not allowed to be used without the permission of the owner. All pictures are proteced by a copyright law. Kunsthandel Klefisch Ltd. reserves the right to change any of these conditions of sale any time.
